From Local Roots to Market Ready
Prepping 10 Local Producers to enter the market
Originating from Dawei in Northern Myanmar, new local small businesses supported by WWF Myanmar were ready to enter the market with their organically grown products.
In partnership with WWF Myanmar, Bridge supported the 10 local producers with branding and packaging design that carry their individual values, uniqueness, and stories as they hit the market.

Branding, Marketing and Packaging support
Delivered over 6 phases, the project began with strategic planning, followed by a 3-day in-person capacity-building workshop that helped the local producers dive into what matters most to their businesses and find their unique selling point. The design development was a collaborative effort between our team and the producers, ensuring they were in charge of what the brands ultimately look and feel like. Our team carried out packaging research and provided training on branding and marketing. The results were community-owned brand assets and marketing plans, improved awareness of eco-packaging solutions, and greater confidence among producer groups to promote their products more effectively.

We designed hands-on, practical sessions to strengthen market readiness — building real capabilities in branding, marketing, and packaging.
From brand positioning and customer personas to content creation, each group developed actionable plans and brought them to life through mobile-first execution.
